CANCER CARE COMMUNITY GROUP

CCCG provides useful information and practical help to people in our church and community.

We meet every Tuesdays at 6:30pm.

Dinner is available at 5:45 in the Fellowship Hall at a low cost.

All who are or have been affected by cancer are invited to join this group.

We are here to:

Be a support group -- emotional and spiritual needs, caring, sharing experiences (insight)

Offer Education for -- working out the logistics, understanding Hospice, dealing with insurance issues, dealing with paperwork, caregivers and understanding the cancer process....

Make hospital visits -- to patients who have no one.

Encourage exercise and laughter -- the importance of exercise and laughter for mental and physical health.

Share research -- information and materials available in our community; community care resources.

For additional information call Frances Gonzalez at 581-4444 or email her at ccm@loveroad.org
