Pastor Felicia brings with her valuable experience from the for-profit world where she was a manager for both Wal-Mart and Pepsi-Cola Companies before entering the ministry. She was a Chaplain (Major) in the United States Army Reserves, having served an unaccompanied year (2003) tour in Germany in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Her awards are numerous and include Distinguished Military Graduate Officer, 100 Best American Female College Graduates, and El Paso Woman of the Year 2003. Most important to her, however, is the title of mother. She is the mother of two wonderful sons, Adam and Samuel.
