![]() Intercessory prayer group prays daily and meets weekly on Wednesdays at 1:00 pm to intercede for prayer requests received during the week and to pray for specific needs of the church and community. All are welcome to join us on in the Sanctuary any Wednesday afternoon. We intercede according to your requests, concerns and praises. Submit a prayer request for yourself or others -- those who are ill, are in a difficult situation, are downcast, desperate or broken hearted. All requests are confidential and are completely anonymous.
Prayer 911 are St. Mark's prayer partners who immediately respond to urgent emails with prayer on your behalf.
Visits and Care by Chaplains - A member of our care team will visit you at home, in a hospital, a nursing home, or an assisted living facility when you are ill or simply need a friendly visit. A group of Congregational Care ministry volunteers have been trained to lay hands and pray for the sick. A hallmark of this ministry is confidentiality. All problems and concerns go no further than the Chaplin and God. When requested we will go to a home or living facility and pray for the sick and dying.
![]() Communion at Home
Holy Communion is delivered to members (and others who request it) in hospitals, nursing homes, and at their homes when they are homebound. It is our privilege to bring the body and blood of Christ to those who are not able to attend services.
Heavenly Cuisine St. Mark's Congregational Care Ministry as well as the Heavenly Cuisine Ministry is a group of church members that have chosen to serve Christ through the ministry of preparing and/or delivering meals. The main course of the meals are prepared ahead of time and frozen. Then this wonderful food is delivered to those dealing with hospitalization of a family member, a death in the family or some other special need. If you would like more information about preparing, delivering or receiving food, please don't hesitate to contact: Frances Gonzales, Congregational Care at ccm@loveroad.org
